On April 6, 2010 Step-Soft launched the updated Clients support portal, available for logon at the home page of the website, www.stepsoft.bg. After logging in, clients can access a variety of tools and information, related to support and updates of their S-Office products, including:

• Updating Contacts - Check and modify contacts, related to your copmany in Step-Soft's client database
• Change password - Modify the password used to access the Client support portal (not affecting the technical support telephone or remote access PIN) 
• Software updates - An archive of old and current versions of S-Office® for the client, a list of products a client is licensed for, with additional information and a Download link.
• Tools - A number of technical tools for the advanced users, i.e. system administrators, for data recovery, reports management, etc.
• Deposit balance - A report for the current deposit in a client's account with Step-Soft, to be used for technical help, as well as a report for all support delivered to the client in the past year.
• Registration cards - A list of all purchased licenses for S-Office® software, together with the activation keys.
• Open tickets - An easy way to track the progress of all current projects for the development or support of a client system.
• Remote Assistance - Instructions for requesting remote assistance from Step-Soft's support team.
  Report request - Enables a client to directly request a customized report for their system, by simply filling out a form and/ or attaching a preview file.
• Print form request - Whenever a new print form for a document is needed or an old print form needs to be modified, a quick way to do this is
  through this tool.

In order to take advantage of the Client portal, you need to enter your username and password at the home page of www.stepsoft.bg. If you have forgotten your logon credentials, you can send a request to the company e-mail address, sales@stepsoft.bg, or call Step-Soft's office.
